Where is my order?

Track your package yourself using the track & trace code from your shipping email and your postcode at Track order. Also works for orders placed via bol.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is always free, within the Netherlands and abroad, regardless of the amount of your order.

When will my order be shipped?

Ordered on business days before 2:00 PM, shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. On the way? Track your order.

How long does delivery take?

In the Netherlands usually 1–2 business days after shipping, in Belgium and Germany 1–3 business days, in the rest of the EU 2–5 business days. You will receive a track & trace code by email.

How does the additional discount on multiple items work?

Automatically. You get a 10% discount on your entire order for 2 items, and 20% for 3 items or more. You will see the discount immediately in your shopping cart and at checkout; there is no need to enter a code.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt and free of charge: you will receive a return label from us. Only unopened, sealed products can be returned; we do not accept returns of opened perfume for hygienic reasons.

Are the perfumes original?

Always. We exclusively sell original perfumes from authorized distributors, in their sealed factory packaging. No testers, no counterfeits.

How can I pay?

By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, TWINT, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed via the secure Shopify checkout.

Where do I enter a discount code?

At checkout, in the “Discount code” field. The discount will be deducted directly from the total amount.

How is my perfume packaged?

Well protected in a sturdy box with cushioning material, ensuring the bottle arrives undamaged. Are you giving it as a gift? The original packaging is intact and the invoice is not included in the package, but sent to your email.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at info@lamaisonparfum.com with your order number. As long as the package has not yet been shipped, we will adjust or cancel your order free of charge.

I'm torn between two scents, what should I do?

For each perfume, you will find the fragrance family and the top, heart, and base notes. If you're not sure, email us or start a chat via our website; we are happy to help you choose.
