Ordering
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. You can track your order without an account via Track order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@lamaisonparfum.com with your order number. As long as the package has not yet been shipped, we will modify or cancel your order free of charge. If the package is already on its way, you can make use of your 14-day cooling-off period.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. Didn't receive anything? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Nothing. Shipping is always free with us, both within the Netherlands and abroad.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
In the Netherlands, usually 1–2 business days after shipping; in Belgium and Germany, 1–3 business days; in the rest of the EU, 2–5 business days. See Shipping and delivery times.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as the package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. Enter it along with your postal code on Track order and you will immediately see where your package is. This also works for orders via bol.com.
Returns
Can I return a perfume?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt and free of charge, as long as the seal has not been broken. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume. See Returns and withdrawal.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of your return notification, once the product has been received by us, using the same payment method.
Products
Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes, always. We purchase exclusively from authorized distributors and do not sell testers, counterfeits, or discounted lots of unknown origin. Read more at 100% authentic products.
What is the difference between eau de toilette, eau de parfum, and parfum?
The difference lies in the concentration of fragrance oil. An eau de toilette is lighter and fresher, an eau de parfum is more intense and longer-lasting, and a parfum (or extrait) is the most concentrated. We list the fragrance concentration for every product.
How long does a perfume last?
Unopened, for years. Once opened, a perfume generally stays good for 2 to 3 years if you store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Can I order a sample or tester?
Currently, we do not sell individual samples. If you are debating between two scents, email us or start a chat; we are happy to help you decide.

How can I pay?

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT and shipping costs are free.
