14-day reflection period, free returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. At La Maison Parfum, you don't pay anything for this: we will send you a free return label.
Register your return in 2 minutes via our return form. Please note: is your perfume still unopened? Please leave it closed and keep the seal intact.
Terms and conditions
- The 14-day reflection period begins on the day after you (or a person designated by you) have received the product.
- Perfumes are products that are supplied sealed for hygiene reasons. If the seal (cellophane or security seal) has been broken or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal is void. You can always return unopened products.
- Return the product complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
How to return
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt via the return form (with a photo of the packaging), or email info@lamaisonparfum.com with your order number, or use the model form below.
- You will receive a free return label from us via email.
- Pack the product securely, attach the label to the package, and hand it in at a carrier's drop-off point within 14 days of your notification.
- Keep the proof of shipment until the refund has been processed.
Refund
We will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal, as soon as the product is back with us or you have demonstrated that you have sent it. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the original transaction.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different scent or size? Return the product according to the steps above and place a new order; this is the fastest way to receive your new perfume.
Received an incorrect or damaged product?
Report it within 2 business days of receipt via the return form with a photo of the packaging and the product, or email info@lamaisonparfum.com. We will immediately arrange a replacement product or a refund; the costs for returning will, of course, be covered by us.
